General remarks about your flight:
Overall the trip went well with no problems if planned well in advance but even so, in some in some countries the bureaucraties are just overhelming at times and you have to have patience and take it easy and not get upset.
Be aware of over charges fees for handling at veratin countries and try and negociate a better prices which normally works. When there are no politics involved people are great :>)

Advice to other pilots:
Be aware of high fuel charges in Greenland, Egypt, Ahmedaba-India, bali-Indo, Christmas Island-Kirbati.
Be prepared to pay cash for fuel in a lot of countries unles they accept BP Fuel card.
Make sure not ot get over charged for handling in Bahrain by getting the bill before you leave and not after you left.
The service, FBO and handling in Dubai are superb.
If you can avoid Ahmedabad, India do so !!, over charge for handling (no FBO, all done on the ramp). and fuel or for any additional little service they try and get you.
Patna, India, the support from the local ATC is great.
Bali-Indo will only accept cash US$ dated from 2004 and up!!!
Handling charges are mandatory and high in Darwin, Australia and Brisbane-Australia.
Be aware of a bladder repair shop in Coolangatta-(Gold Coast) Australia, we are not the first one that after repairing the bladder (wing) it failed (lucky for us we took off the next day) and we had to buy another new bladder and install it by Aero Tropics in cairns which did a good job.
Fiji, even after notifying custom and immigration way in advance and verifying via phone call that they accepted the fax (we did't want to use the handler, they wanted $1000+ for doing nothing) we were still delayed in custom for over 3 hours for no reason.
Christmas island-Kiribati, be awre, will accept only Australian $ for fuel @$4.64 a litre and at the moment there is no Avgas for the next month, check NOTAMS.
The custom officers in Hilo-Hawaii are nice and accommodating.
