From June 1 to June 2, accommodations will be at Novotel Bishkek City Center, and you must book and pay for your rooms by May 1. The discount is valid only until May 1.
If you miss the deadline, the Earthrounders discount will no longer be applicable.

On the evening of June 1,
a welcome dinner will be held at "Supara", an ethnic restaurant offering traditional Kyrgyz cuisine.

Please book Novotel Bishkek City Center for the following dates: June 1-2, June 7-8, and June 8-9. In total - three nights.

To book and pay, please contact the hotel manager at Kanyshai.niiazova@accor.com. According to the agreement between AOPA Kyrgyzstan and Novotel Bishkek City Center, the group discount is valid until May 1, so please book before the deadline.

Location 2:
The second hotel you need to book and pay for is Baytur Resort & SPA. The booking link will be provided below. To receive the discount, use the code EARTHROUNDERS 2025. Book your stay for the following dates: June 2-3, June 3-4, June 4-5, June 5-6, and June 6-7. In total - five nights.

Hotel accommodations include breakfast. Lunch and dinner are not included except on the full-day event and the welcome and departure Galas.

After breakfast on June 7,
we will return to Bishkek at Novotel Bishkek City Center. Feel free to spend this day as you wish, you will have a free day until the evening of June 8, when the Gala Dinner will take place.
