Medical conferences have been attended and presentations were given during the trip.



Advice to other pilots:
Check availability of Avgas (Major changes during the last years).
Check cost of ATC (Russia $1,700)
Check landing fees in Iran, only cash accepeted.
Emergency equipment has improved considerably over the last years( Personnal life rafts, Switlik, comfortable exposure suits Switlik, EPIRB, Satphone: Important-has to kooked up to the plane comm system). Contact earthrounders om the route.
I could imagine that it would be possible to publish a list of contacts email addresses to get the people seeking for advice.
