Dear Colleagues,

This is our second letter, and I am delighted to greet everyone. It is a great honor for us to be preparing this meeting with enthusiasm.

1. How to Get to Bishkek:
International flights to Bishkek are available from Moscow, Istanbul, Seoul, Beijing, Lahore, Saint Petersburg, Chengdu, Jeddah, Almaty, and Tashkent.

2. Dates: We are planning from June 1st to 8th.
o A welcome dinner will be held on the evening of June 1st at the hotel.
o The final gala dinner will be on the evening of June 8th. Please book your tickets accordingly. Thank you.

3. Attached is a file listing countries whose citizens can visit Bishkek visa-free. For those needing a visa, please write to me for assistance.(Coming soon).

We look forward to welcoming you to the historic homeland of Central Asian nomads. This will be the first Earth Rounders meeting in Central Asia.
