Less than three months left to the Reunion.

We are getting your passport copies and bookings of cabins. Natalia is going to apply to a travel agency to arrange the invitation letters for the visas. Unless you have changed your plans and definitely are not coming I would recommend you send a passport copy and ask for an invitation for a visa.
Do not forget to book a cabin, please.

For those who would like to visit Moscow before St. Petersburg:
Our travel agent in Moscow suggests the Mariott Grand Hotel in Moscow. It is a 5 stars hotel, in the centre of the city ( 20 - 25 min walking to the Kremlin ), large rooms, breakfast included. At very good discount: double occupancy 145 Euro and single occupancy at 125 Euro per night.
Only one disadvantage: the Internet is free at the lobby, but in the rooms there is a charge.

Also we have a time limit: they want your response by 20th of February. Which means I need your confirmation by February 19th to make a group booking.

The Program remains as described in the previous Bulletin.
Suggested arrival in Moscow on 28th of April.
29th - Aviation Museum in Monino by bus
30th - Kremlin
1 May - Barbecue party at heli club by bus
Departure to St. Petersburg on the 2nd of May by rapid train - 4 hours enroute
