I just came back from Saint Petersburg. It was a nice sunny day with the Neva river already free of ice. I have some good news for you.

Transfer from the airport to the vessel will be organized by Viking River Cruises (VRC).
Please advise Natalia: arrival to St. Petersburg and departure from St. Petersburg details i.e.
airline and flight number,
from what airport,
date and time of arrival,
departure date and time
airline and flight number
ETD and next airport

As a back up or alternative, obviously there are taxis.
The berth direction we will not know probably till the last decade of April. I shall advise you by a letter, also it will be on the site.

Cabins are booked. No worries.

It would be nice if those who wish to visit Opera or Ballet let me know before the April 1st. VRC will choose the best available performance and will prepay the tickets.

Transfer from Lappeenranta (EFLP). Can be organized by VRC. Information is needed when and how many persons.
If you will come by train please advise your railway station at St. Petersburg ETA and date, ETD and date


For those who come to Moscow first.
I cannot organize a transfer in Moscow to the Grand Mariott Hotel.
The address of the hotel: 26/1 Tverskaya Street.
We are buying tickets for the rapid train Moscow - St. Petersburg for the whole group.
Departure 2 May at 13.30. ETE 04h10m
Transfer to and from the railway stations will be organized.
