These are only preliminary notes at that early stage, while the details of the Meeting are taken shape.



It has been suggested that all Earthrounders coming by Airlines should make it via Beijing where we shall visit AOPA China and some notable places in Beijing.

The first attempt for the daily programme could be:
2 days sightseeing,
1 day conference,
2 days at the Air Show.
We will expect some media coverage and interviews.

For those of us who want to extend their stay and see more of China, some travel agencies will be recommended.

Permits to fly for those who want to fly their own aircraft may be expensive, but aircraft with enough range will only need one landing to be charged at the airport of entry.
There will no landing fee in Zhenzhou.
