1. Getting to Zhengzhou:
International airlines from Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai fly to Zhengzhou.
For hose wanting to fly first to Beijing and visit the capital, we can organise a pre-trip in and around Beijhing before the Zhengzhou Air Show. Just please let us know early.

2.Occupancy:
Questions had been asked abour 'occupancy (single or double):
   The $800 fee per person, regardless of single or double occupancy.
   The air show sponsored the event.
   So the fee is very low and nominal. It doesn’t make a difference on the occupancy.

3. Program:
   We are going to have:
   Visit Zhengzhou Air Show
   Sightseeing for three places
   The usual Earthrounders meetings

4. Permits to fly to China:
    The air show organisers will assign someone to get the flying permits. For the time being, interested pilots just need to contact Wei Chen. It is still early. The handlers do not speak English and Wei can help them get started.

5. Registration:
   The organisers would like to know our numbers early, that is why we are encouraged to book early and to do this they have reduced the fees to $800 if we regiter before November 30. So, please take advantage of that reduction and book early.
